The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing approvals, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter payables accurately into the accounting system.
Manage and follow up on invoice approvals to ensure timely payments.
Review vendor statements for accuracy and completeness.
Research and resolve variances and discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
Audit bills to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
