Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The ADA Accommodations Specialist is the subject matter expert responsible for managing all disability-related accommodation cases, ensuring legal compliance and providing effective solutions through collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

• ADA Subject Matter Expert: Acts as the primary expert on all disability-related accommodation inquiries, including collecting and reviewing clinical documentation and applying relevant employment laws to each case.
• Case Management & Documentation: Manages the entire interactive process, from negotiating accommodations to creating legally sound solutions for complex cases, while ensuring all information is documented in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Develops and maintains key relationships with a variety of internal and external partners, including HR, legal, talent acquisition, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
• Compliance and Operational Support: Ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws (HIPAA, ADA), and assists management in meeting team metrics and service level agreements to drive overall department efficiency and success.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years’ related experience in support of ADA accommodations in a Human Resources team environment
