Insight Global is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join a local client in Henrico, VA. This role will be an ongoing contract and will require working onsite Monday through Friday during standard work hours. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting the Sustainability and Energy team. They will be responsible for:
-Engaging in email and phone responses both internally and externally
-Handling department purchase orders
-Managing calendars and coordinating schedules for meetings
-Taking meeting minute notes and publishing within specified time limits
-Filing and organizational tasks
