We’re looking for a detail-oriented Back Office & Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping, inventory, and quality control processes that are essential to our growing operations. This person will ensure our systems are shipped accurately and on time, inbound shipments are organized, and conference materials are prepared and delivered flawlessly.

Position Summary:

The Back Office & Logistics Coordinator will oversee Knovelcam’s shipping and receiving operations, inventory management, and conference logistics. This person will play a critical role in maintaining our inventory systems, ensuring product quality, and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Shipping & Receiving:

• Pack and ship Knovelcam’s mobile X-ray systems and accessories to clients across the U.S.

• Receive inbound shipments, inspect goods, and enter them into inventory records.

• Prepare and ship booth displays, demo units, and marketing materials for conferences.

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, ensuring timely shipments.

✅ Inventory Management:

• Organize, track, and maintain accurate inventory of finished goods, parts, and marketing materials.

• Implement and update inventory control systems.

• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean and organized for efficiency and safety.

✅ Quality Control:

• Inspect outgoing products to confirm they meet Knovelcam’s quality standards.

• Document and report defects or inconsistencies.

• Maintain records of quality checks and ensure adherence to company procedures.

✅ Conference Logistics Support:

• Assemble, pack, and ship booth equipment, promotional materials, and demo systems for conferences and trade shows.

• Coordinate return shipments and restocking after events.

• Track conference schedules and plan logistics proactively.

✅ Administrative & Operations Support:

• Create shipping labels, bills of lading, and inventory documentation.

• Maintain detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.

• Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to confirm order requirements and shipping timelines.

✅ Additional Responsibilities:

• Recommend and help implement process improvements for shipping, inventory, and quality control.

• Support occasional light assembly or kitting of systems as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using inventory software and basic office programs (Excel, email, shipping tools).

• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like hand trucks or pallet jacks.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics or inventory control a plus.
