Position Summary

The Construction Project Executive will oversee all aspects of the Heavy Industrial & Energy division including operations, project delivery, business development, and client relationships. This individual will lead high-performing project teams, ensure operational excellence, and actively identify new business opportunities to expand the division’s footprint. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge in industrial/energy construction with exceptional leadership and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Division Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor project managers, superintendents, and support staff within the Heavy Industrial & Energy division. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Project Oversight: Provide executive-level oversight on active projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the division, including expanding client relationships, pursuing new markets, and enhancing service offerings.
• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities. Actively participate in proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, utilities, energy companies, and industrial owners. Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients.
• Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements and standardization across project planning, execution, and closeout. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the division. Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
