As we scale, we’re seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure our customers get off to a strong and successful start with Engine’s platform.
Role:
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Engine, you will support onboarding and training of new customers post-sale. You will support the onboarding process end-to-end—from kickoff through go-live—ensuring data integrations, training, and platform configuration align with the customer’s strategic goals. You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Data Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to create a seamless, white-glove experience that sets the tone for long-term partnership.
