Must have:

• 6-8 years of experience in pharma/healthcare omnichannel marketing
• Strong marketing omnichannel delivery and project management
• At least 1 year of experience in pharma marketing specifically
• Experience talking to senior directors at marketing agencies
• Understands omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Has solid PM skills

PLUS:

• Has worked for a pharma marketing agency
• Bachelors degree

You will be responsible for :

Our client is seeking a Delivery Engagement Manager to join their team on a long-term consultant basis. This person will work on a marketing operations team who works with our pharma client and their marketing agencies to deliver their omnichannel marketing campaigns. You will ensure agencies stick to given timelines, submit project SOW’s and PO’s, and essentially be campaign governance personnel ensuring agencies deliver programs on time. This team uses a central platform to manage the campaign governance.

We are helping the client to set up their marketing operations model with delivery managers. Make sure marketing material is delivered on time and efficiently. Handle cross functional stakeholder management. Compliance and governance, performance management, oversight, budget management. Commercial side.

• Lead collaborations with the Integrated Marketing Strategy Team, brand teams, digital teams, agencies to drive and implement outcome-driven marketing operations models.
• Develop and sustain high-level strategic relationships within Integrated Marketing, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Direct the development and operationalization of the service model, prioritizing high-quality marketing operations services, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance internal processes within the service catalog, aiming for measurable efficiencies and scalable solutions.
• Guide the marketing team in implementing best practices and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new operational approaches
• Manage high-level project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business plans.
• Provide oversight for key initiatives, including Rollout Vs Milestones, KPI optimization, and transition strategies.
• Lead workshops and create materials for project-related activities, enhancing team collaboration and project success.
• Support strategic platform purchases, licensing agreements, and third-party collaborations.
