Enterprise Systems Analyst
Our client is looking for an Enterprise Analyst to join their team in North Houston area. This role is direct hire with a base, bonus, and full benefits.
Job Duties:
? Technical Support- troubleshooting, resolving errors, ensuring system stability.
? Data Analysis- analyzing transactional and master data to identify and implement improvements.
? System integration- designing, building, troubleshooting, optimizing integrations
? System Administration- managing and maintaining systems, including user access, security, and configurations.
? Business Intelligence- creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data driven decision making.
? System Implementation- supporting implementations and upgrades, data migrations, testing.
? User Training- providing training and support to end users on how to use systems effectively.
Job Requirements:
? Technical Skills: Understanding of ERP, database, integration and business intelligence concepts.
? Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
? Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
? Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
? Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how ERP and BI systems can support them.
? Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, users, and vendors.
Environmental factors:
? Travel may be required periodically for project work.
