Front Page Agency is officially opening new operations in Fort Worth this July , and we’re on the lookout for future leaders to help manage and grow our client campaigns. If you’re organized, driven, and ready to lead — even without formal management experience — this is your chance to shine.

This Entry-Level Project Manager position is designed for fast learners who want to build real-world leadership experience. You'll be mentored directly by senior staff and trusted with hands-on responsibility from day one. Full training provided!

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the coordination and rollout of local marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Manage small teams during events and client activations
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost results
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met
  • Help onboard new hires and set the tone for success
