Job Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who provides high-level administrative support to senior management. Committed to enhancing team support by identifying and implementing efficient processes, and dedicated to delivering proactive, cross-functional assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for catering, accommodations, and special requests for executives and visitors.
  • Organize and support internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate gatherings.
  • Support cross-functional projects across departments, including but not limited to office operations, marketing, and investor relations.
  • Assist with document management and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations through proactive problem-solving.

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.

Salary:

$75,000-95,0000

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
