Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems and Processes Analyst with strong experience in Workday Financials. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background who is skilled in configuring, testing, and documenting financial systems. You'll work closely with Accounting and IT teams to support and improve financial processes within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday Financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting.
• Triage and manage incoming tickets related to financial systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Analyze financial workflows to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing for system updates and new functionality.
• Document system changes, configurations, and user procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for financial reporting.
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and financial models.
• Provide training and support for end-users.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., ERP Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst).
• Direct experience with Workday Financials is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• CPA preferred but not required.
