Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join a reputable chiropractic office located in Encinitas, California. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls and manage the appointment schedule.
• Handle patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Perform general office upkeep and light cleaning.
• Manage office inventory and supply ordering.
• Assist the doctor with tasks and support as needed throughout the shift.
• Foster a calm, compassionate, and positive environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Thursday

1st shift
