Benefits Manager - Real Estate Investment Industry

QUICK FACTS

• Location: San Diego, CA (92130) – Hybrid, 3 days onsite



• Shift: Normal business hours



• Permanent Hire



• Pay Range: $130K - $150K

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 8+ years of corporate Benefits Management experience, including global company experience.



• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.



• Knowledge of multi-state Health & Welfare benefits, pension/savings plans (401K), leave of absence/ADA, disability insurance, worker’s compensation, and wellness programs is required.



• Experience using WorkDay HRIS.

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Develop, implement, and administer international and multi-state benefits programs including Open Enrollment, new hire enrollment, 401(k), Pension, and leaves of absence.



• Manage vendor and customer relationships, working across multiple locations to deliver benefits, communication, and education; and resolve any discrepancies.



• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new and revised global programs and proactively evaluate improvements to current programs.
