### What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and deploy new features for a critical, always-on infrastructure.
- Collaborate with a dynamic engineering team to optimize blockchain network performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with Go (Golang).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software.

### What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of backend software development experience.
- Proficiency in Go (Golang).
- A creative, independent, and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance networking.

### Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience developing arbitrage bots, liquidation bots, wallets, or similar crypto products.
- Hands-on experience running Ethereum (ETH) nodes.
- Familiarity with modifying node codebases.
- Experience with automated crypto trading and DeFi protocols.
