Job Title: General Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually + 30% annual bonus

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel leadership experience with proven operational success
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations while managing key performance indicators including quality, service, and profitability
• Drive employee engagement, training, and retention while fostering a positive and productive work environment
