*Research, assess and provide practical counsel to corporate, regulatory, commercial, clinical, marketing, sales and HR teams on legal issues as they arise. *Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including consulting agreements, distributor agreements, development and supply agreements, private label agreements, non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, collaboration agreements, license agreements, clinical study agreements, and various vendor service agreements. *Advise the business on contract interpretation, terms, issues, risks and negotiating strategies, protecting confidential and privileged information and protecting company IP and other assets. $160,000 to $177,000
