Maintenance Technician I

Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am (must train on 1st shift for first 30 days)

Join a team as a Maintenance Technician I, where you'll play a crucial role in keeping our production equipment and facility running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using a variety of hand and diagnostic tools.
• Assist in the installation, alignment, and testing of new machines and equipment.
• Handle electrical wiring, component connections, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Execute rigging, fabrication, and part-fitting tasks using a wide range of materials and tools.
• Support company safety and quality initiatives by following all operational protocols.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, press brakes, material handling systems, and sawing equipment.
• Skills in laser alignment, vibration monitoring, and predictive/preventive maintenance techniques.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, VFD programming, and basic PLC diagnostics.
• Welding and oxyacetylene torch skills preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of English (spoken and written).
• Certifications in welding or related technical disciplines are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting 20–50 lbs consistently.
• Able to bend, stand, climb, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Tolerance for working in varied environments, including exposure to noise, heat, chemicals, and mechanical hazards.
