Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a IT Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Duties:

• Maintain project roadmaps with key milestones and delivery dates, communicating progress to senior management and across teams
• Facilitate scrum events and cross-functional meetings, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage backlog prioritization, balancing stakeholder needs with technical requirements and business objectives
• Guide the team in implementing scrum values, principles, and effective technical practices
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating changes and project impacts effectively
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained in relevant systems such as Confluence and Lucid
• Track and report on customer usage, satisfaction, and engagement metrics
• Partner with the Senior Manager to define non-functional requirements for work in progress
• Form strong partnerships with cross-functional and related teams aligned with main project goals
• Manage project plans, provide governance updates, and collaborate effectively with other cross-functional groups
• Identify and resolve complex problems using technology-based solutions
• Work with crew scheduling processes and applications

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in agile technology management consulting and/or program management
• Demonstrate strong understanding of agile best practices, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Exhibit excellent communication and team motivation skills

The approximate pay range for this position is between $28.00 and $41.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
