Job Description

IT Project Manager reporting to the Chief Technology Officer

IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple initiatives within our IT department. IT Project Manager will collaborate on project design, develop comprehensive project plans, align resources, and ensure the successful delivery of both new and ongoing projects. Also, coordinating cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for project communications, and driving initiatives to completion while managing competing priorities.

  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
  • Drive end-to-end IT project delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Lead the integration of information security best practices into IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory compliance, and industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Oversee the evaluation, onboarding, and lifecycle management of third-party cloud applications (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), ensuring security, performance, and business alignment.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports and monthly status reports for IT projects and department goals to support discussions with Information Technology/Security Executive Boards.
  • Prepare and provide technical analysis reports for active projects.
  • Manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
  • Define and develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements and monitoring.
  • Manage the team in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification and maintenance.
  • Develop and update business process documentation for testing and training management.
