Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related loan documents for fund finance transactions.
• Conduct diligence on private equity and venture capital fund structures.
• Coordinate closings and manage multiple active matters simultaneously.
• Work directly with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in debt finance, ideally with a focus on lender-side representation.
• Familiarity with private equity and venture capital fund structures.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
