• Represent clients in grievance arbitration hearings and unfair labor practice proceedings

• 4–6 years of management-side traditional labor law experience

• Experience in grievance arbitration and NLRB matters, preferably first-chair

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice in Illinois

• Strong writing and advocacy skills (writing samples may be required)

• Spanish language proficiency

• Confidence managing matters independently

• Excellent communication, legal research, and negotiation skills
