Job Description

Job Title : Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Medical Clinic Director (Bilingual English and Spanish)

Organization: Tri City Health Partnership

Location : St. Charles, IL

Job Type: Full-time preferred; part-time and flexible schedule considered

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as our Medical Clinic Director.  This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a provider who wants to continue caring for patients while also shaping how care is delivered in a mission-driven free clinic.

You will:

  • Provide direct patient care for uninsured patients in our community.
  • Work closely with volunteer physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Help guide clinical quality, team culture and clinic operations.
  • Have a real voice and influence in organizational decisions impacting patient care.
  • Regularly partner with both staff and board leaders in this work.
  • Supervise staff (3 direct reports), support volunteers, and help guide the clinic’s growth and impact.

In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with patients who often have limited access to care. You will have the opportunity to practice medicine with time, compassion, and continuity—while also shaping the systems and programs that support high-quality care. Your voice will matter here, and your work will directly impact the health of individuals and families in our community.

Scope of practice, responsibilities, and compensation will align with licensure, experience, and clinic needs.

Full-time is preferred; part-time and flexible schedules are also considered.
