Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Asset Management team and work directly with ownership. This is a key role that blends office operations, contract support, and professional communication with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Asset Management team and ownership with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with reviewing, tracking, and managing contracts and lease agreements
  • Coordinate tenant and vendor communications and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records related to property operations and financials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills and judgment
  • Experience with contracts and handling confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
