Beacon's sibling establishment, Mockingbird, is an independent, locally owned, and operated immersive art and dance lounge. We host hundreds of guests per night in an energetic, high-profile space filled with music, art, and unforgettable nights.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in high-energy environments, keeps cool under pressure, and knows how to keep a party both fun and safe. This is a full-time, nights-and-weekends role with real autonomy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations and scheduling to deliver outstanding service.
• Lead and develop staff to cultivate a supportive, high-energy workplace.
• Ensure safety protocols and liquor license compliance.
• Proactively maximize revenue through top-tier hospitality.
• Build strong connections with guests, vendors, DJs, staff, and leadership.
• Work closely with ownership on a daily basis to refine and elevate the experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a General Manager in nightlife or high-volume hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage a large team and high guest counts.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and upbeat energy.
• Comfortable and calm in both slow and chaos.
