Fulltime position, Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $19.00 to 31.00
Position Requirements
Job Descriptions:
Under the supervision of the Engineering Department, the CAD Designer will be trained for preparing residential plumbing construction documents for various projects.
Education & Experience:
High school education/College and experience in AutoCAD
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in AutoCAD
Construction knowledge and able to read structure plans
General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
General knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of design approaches and concepts on assigned projects
Assist in the data collection and/or field verification
Ensure that all drawings are prepared with accuracy, neatness, and prior to project deadline
Communicate with team members, team leader, and outside builders to obtain necessary information of drawings.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers and employees.
Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
