Job Description

Join Our Team as a Lead Project Manager

Are you ready to take the reins on highly technical commercial builds and lead teams to deliver exceptional results? We’re looking for a hands-on, relationship-driven leader who thrives on challenge, fosters deep trust, and drives projects to on-time, on-budget success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a dynamic project team of internal staff and external subcontractors—setting bold goals, providing strategic guidance, and offering hands-on support.

• Build a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• Mentor junior employees in their career, helping them sharpen risk-management, cost-control, and scheduling skills.

• Own every detail of project scope and systems—from initial review to hand-over.

• Manage all aspects of risk: negotiate contracts, issue subcontracts, verify insurance, and keep our risk register updated.

• Oversee cost control across change orders, forecasts, budgets, and billings.

• Deliver clear, concise monthly progress reports and present schedule updates and impact analyses to Owners.

• Collaborate with superintendents to maintain a float-buffered CPM schedule in Microsoft Project, proactively flagging and resolving conflicts.

• Prioritize and delegate critical tasks via Procore—ensuring high-priority items land on time, every time.

• Be the driving force behind client satisfaction: cultivate lasting relationships that turn first-time clients into repeat partners.

Who You Are

• A seasoned commercial construction pro with at least 5 years in Project Management at a General Contractor—preferably in Health Care (HCAI/OSHPD), Life Sciences, Higher Education, or Office Improvements.

• Deeply versed in contracts (AIA, design-build, GMP), insurance requirements, and deliverables management.

• A cost-control expert: you own estimating, budgeting, forecasting, change-management, and billing processes.

• Grounded in commercial construction means and methods—your plan-reading and QA/QC chops keep projects running smoothly.

• A safety champion certified in OSHA standards, adept at spotting hazards, implementing corrective actions, and inspiring a zero-incident mindset on site.

• Tech-savvy with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and the full Office Suite.

• A natural communicator: you build trust with clients, team members, and trade partners—turning challenges into opportunities and friction into collaboration.

What We Offer

• A portfolio of projects ranging from $5M to $50M , across cutting-edge healthcare facilities, life sciences facilities, higher-ed campuses, and modern workplace interiors.

• A supportive culture that invests in your growth—through leadership training, mentorship programs, and clear promotion paths.

• Competitive compensation plus performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements.

• The chance to shape processes and leave a legacy of safer, smarter, and more efficient building.

Ready to build the future with us? Apply today and let’s create something extraordinary—together.
