As a senior consultant at H&H, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio, the support of a collaborative leadership team, and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm.
Lead high-profile environmental assessment and remediation projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders
Develop and manage client relationships, proposals, and project strategy
Provide technical oversight and review of reports and deliverables
Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff—developing future firm leaders
Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development
10+ years of environmental consulting experience
Deep technical knowledge of site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup
Expertise in regulatory programs in North and South Carolina , including NC Brownfields
Strong client management, communication, and business development skills
Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality
