Base Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 + Per Diem + Performance Bonuses

Join a powerhouse in construction, delivering mission-critical infrastructure for the world's leading tech giants. We are seeking a Senior MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scope on hyperscale data center projects valued at $250M+ in Reno, Nevada.

As a key member of the companies project leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex, high-value builds for some of the most recognized names in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP systems from preconstruction through commissioning on large-scale data center projects.
• Lead coordination between design, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control for MEP scopes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with client representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MEP construction management.
• Proven track record managing projects over $250M in value.
• Experience in data centers , pharmaceutical , industrial , or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to Reno, NV (per diem provided for traveling candidates).
