From strategy to launch, we are adept at delivering across the full product lifecycle. **About the Job:** As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Senior .Net/Oracle Engineer, you'll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers. **What You'll Get to Do:** + Lead development efforts on large-scale ASP.NET Webforms and .NET C# enterprise applications, working on both complex front-end UI and extensive backend systems. + Design, build, and enhance robust ASP.NET user interfaces that power mission-critical enterprise websites. + Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code, including hundreds of stored procedures and packages, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications, troubleshoot production issues, and implement high-quality solutions. + Contribute to architectural discussions, bringing deep technical expertise to shape solutions for complex enterprise environments. + Stay hands-on with modern technologies while mentoring team members and driving engineering best practices. + Explore and, where applicable, contribute to solutions involving Java and AWS as complementary technologies. **What You'll Bring with You:** + 15+ years of IT experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions using .NET and Oracle technologies. + Expert-level ASP.NET Webforms and .NET C# skills, with extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale UI and backend systems. + Deep Oracle PL/SQL development expertise, with the ability to design and write high-performance, high-quality code across hundreds of procedures and packages. + Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies for building responsive and interactive web applications. + A history of working with complex, long-standing enterprise applications, demonstrating the ability to navigate and enhance mature systems. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and system reliability. + Willingness to work in our Durham office 5 days per week. + Bonus: Exposure to or working knowledge of Java and AWS environments **Why Capco?** A career at Capco is a chance to help reshape the competitive landscape in financial services.
