Role: Solar Operations Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Compensation: $100-120k

Job Overview:

Our client, an established and rapidly growing, $50M renewable energy provider, is looking to bring on a Solar Operations Manager to spearhead the company's solar operations and drive growth across the business. This hire will be a key leader within their solar division. This Solar Operations Manager role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee field support, design & engineering, project management, and account management departments and personnel
• Ensure project milestones are hit by or before deadlines
• Work cross-functionally with teams to make sure everyone is on the same page throughout the life cycle of each project
• Push projects through to construction as efficiently and quickly as possible

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 4 years of overall solar industry experience
• At least 2 years of solar operations management experience
• Previous experience reviewing, understanding, and providing feedback on solar or electrical plansets
• Previous experience managing solar projects, including permitting and interconnection submissions
• A bachelor's degree in business operations is preferred but not required
