Position: Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst (Korean-English)

Location: 700 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Language Requirement: Korean (Bilingual proficiency required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our PSI/Allocation team. This role is critical in ensuring product availability aligns with forecasted demand across our sales subsidiaries. You will manage a specific product category, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Global Operations, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Planning:
Lead AP2 forecasting by product category
Conduct consensus meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Global Operations Center (GOC)
Perform PSI planning and simulations to support demand planning
Supply Chain Operations:
Manage order processing and inventory levels
Oversee product allocation and aging inventory
Track revenue and simulate financial outcomes
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate executive-level reports and dashboards
Analyze large datasets to support decision-making
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Supply Chain
Experience: 1–3 years in an analytical or supply chain-related role
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
Language: Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
