Job Description

We are seeking a Production Specialist to join a growing team in the natural supplements industry. This role is critical in supporting the production and operations function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple stages of the manufacturing process.

• Manage and monitor raw materials for production, ensuring proper sourcing, quality control, and timely availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams to maintain seamless production schedules.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Track and report on inventory, batch records, and production timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

• 2–4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of raw materials handling and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with production tracking systems, ERP software, or equivalent tools.
